First time at Charles de Gaulle? Here is what to expect between landing and meeting your driver.
Allow 30–45 minutes after landing for baggage reclaim
CDG baggage reclaim can be slow, especially at Terminal 2E. There is no need to rush — your driver tracks your flight live and waits for you. There is no waiting charge for normal baggage collection time.
Follow the 'Sortie / Exit' signs after customs
After collecting your bags you will pass through customs (usually quick for EU and UK passport holders). Exit via the green channel if you have nothing to declare. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall just beyond the exit barrier.
Spotting your driver
Your driver holds a clearly visible MickeyCabs name board with your surname. If you exit and cannot see them immediately, check your booking confirmation for the driver's mobile number and call directly — they will be just outside.
