Service de transport privé VTC – MickeyCabs – Depuis 2019

1. Carrier Identity

The private transport service offered on www.mickeycabs.com is operated by:

My Service Transport

My Service Transport carries out a passenger transport activity with a driver (VTC), in accordance with current French regulations.

2. Subject of These Terms

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) define the conditions of private passenger transport services:

  • Airport transfers (CDG, Orly, Beauvais)
  • Hotel, leisure park and train station transfers
  • Journeys by prior reservation

Any booking made on www.mickeycabs.com implies full acceptance of these GTC.

3. Eligible Clients

Services are available to:

  • Adult individuals
  • Legal entities on behalf of their employees

Minors may only travel accompanied by a responsible adult.

4. Booking Terms

4.1 Online Booking

Bookings are made via the website www.mickeycabs.com.

The Client must provide accurate information (date, time, pick-up location, destination, number of passengers, contact details).

Any incorrect information is the sole responsibility of the Client.

4.2 Booking Confirmation

The booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Payment of the deposit or the requested amount
  • A confirmation email is sent to the Client

The Client must keep this confirmation.

5. Prices – Rates – Payment

5.1 Rates

Prices are stated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes.

The applicable rate is the one displayed and validated at the time of booking.

5.2 Payment and deposit (Stripe)

Payment is made:

  • By secure online payment via Stripe (deposit or full amount)
  • By payment of the balance on the day of the transfer directly to the driver

Deposit

  • Is deducted from the total fare
  • Is non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show

The Client acknowledges the payment obligation, in accordance with Article L.221-14 of the French Consumer Code.

6. No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-2, 9° of the French Consumer Code, contracts for passenger transport services are excluded from the scope of the provisions relating to the right of withdrawal.

Consequently, the Client does not benefit from the statutory withdrawal period. No refund may be claimed under the right of withdrawal.

Any cancellation, modification or refund request is governed solely by the cancellation and refund conditions set out in these GTC.

7. Cancellations – Refunds – No-Show

7.1 Cancellation by the Client

Any cancellation must be notified by email to book@mickeycabs.com. Conditions:

✓ Cancellation more than 3 hours before the transfer: full refund of the deposit

~ Cancellation between 3 hours and 1 hour before the transfer: possible refund

✗ Cancellation less than 1 hour before the transfer: no refund

✗ Client no-show: full fare is due

7.2 Incorrect Information

If incorrect information is provided by the Client, no refund will be granted.

8. Pick-up Conditions

The Client must be present at the time and place specified in the confirmation.

Any delay by the Client may result in:

  • Limited waiting time
  • Cancellation without refund in case of prolonged absence

9. Flight Delays / Cancellations

In case of flight delay or cancellation:

  • The Client must notify the Carrier as soon as possible
  • The Carrier will make every effort to adapt, without guarantee

The Carrier cannot be held responsible for a delay attributable to external circumstances.

10. Luggage

The number of bags allowed depends on the booked vehicle.

The Client is responsible for:

  • Their luggage
  • Its contents

The Carrier cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage, unless proven negligence.

11. Conduct on Board

The Client agrees to behave respectfully and in accordance with the law.

The following are prohibited in particular:

  • Smoking
  • Consuming alcohol
  • Transporting dangerous substances

Any inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.

12. Carrier Liability

My Service Transport is subject to a best-efforts obligation.

The Carrier cannot be held liable for:

  • Delays due to exceptional circumstances (traffic, weather, strikes)
  • Indirect damages

13. Personal Data

Personal data is collected solely for the performance of services.

In accordance with GDPR, the Client has the right to access, rectify and delete their data: book@mickeycabs.com

14. Cookies

The website www.mickeycabs.com uses cookies necessary for its operation and to improve the user experience.

The Client may configure their browser to refuse cookies.

15. Applicable Law – Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law.

In case of dispute:

  • Preferred amicable resolution
  • Failing that, exclusive jurisdiction of French courts
