Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

When you make a booking, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, and your journey details (airport, terminal, destination, date, time, number of passengers, flight number and hotel if provided).

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We never store your card details; they are handled directly by Stripe.

2. Purpose of processing

Your data is used solely to fulfil and manage your transfer booking: confirmation, flight tracking, connecting you with your driver, invoicing and customer support.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of the transport contract you enter into with us.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure traffic and the effectiveness of our campaigns. These cookies are only set after your consent, which you can change at any time via the “Cookie settings” button in the footer.

4. Data retention

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and then for the legal accounting and tax retention period (up to 10 years for accounting records). Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings.

5. Data sharing

Your data is never sold. It may be shared only with the providers required to deliver the service: Stripe (payment), the driver assigned to your journey, and our hosting and email tools.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.
